I enjoy learning about my home town that I have never forgotten about and still reminisce with my siblings and people at work. It was great to hear about the 6 on 6 basketball game and I can still see the old community building jam packed with the great people of Melvin cheering our teams on. It was a great way to grow up. Glad to see that some of the people I still recognize are still living in the area. Any one from the class of '68 out there?

Just to let some of you know that Fay and I are back in NW Iowa. We moved to Hospers, Ia. the 24th of May to be closer to our son Michael and his family. We were so sorry to read in this column of the passing of Mike Timmons. We enjoyed knowing him and all his family. We are glad to be back in NW Iowa where we have many fond memories.

I was just informed of Mike Timmon's passing and am deeply saddened. He was a great friend, fellow track team member, and student. He was among Ocheyedan's best and will be missed.

The "Class of '72" reunion is scheduled for Aug. 4 @ Hattrick Lounge in Round Lake. Although it's a '72 reunion, if you graduated from Ocheyedan, we're all classmates! After our dinner (probably 7:00 p.m.) stop by and say "Hi." it would be great to see you. Special thanks to Deb Getner and Joel Hattendorf for all their work putting this together.
